Located in an established neighborhood of Bellevue and overlooking a golf course. The existing 1970’s, 1500sf single floor residence needed much more than a facelift. Working with the homeowner we designed a home that would take in the outdoors, keep with the existing mix of houses in the neighborhood, minimize maintenance and fit on the wedge shaped lot, making this a unique opportunity to design a truly custom house. The house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large great room, kitchen and outdoor entertaining area.
